Consulting Services

Consulting is designed to assist you in developing your ministry. We do not want to place our ministry in your church; we want to help you to discover your vision for ministry and help you put it into action.

How Is It Done?

We encourage the youth minister or main adult volunteer to find 5 or 6 other adults who are interested in reaching teenagers in your community for Jesus.  Let them know that they will be a "working committee."  Not only will they help the youth minister make decisions, but they will assist him in putting them into action.

Once the working committee is in place, we come in and start honing your vision for youth ministry.  We do this through a group counseling session.  During this process everyone's many personalities surface, and the committee will learn how to take advantage of those differences to put the different events and mission projects together.

The initial phase of vision development can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks, meeting once a week, depending on how long the committe has worked together already.  Then we come in every 2 months, or as needed, to help "iron out the wrinkles."  Within 6 months the committe should have a good working knowledge of how to make their vision a reality.
